The GP Patient Survey is an independent national survey carried out every year on behalf of NHS England. It gathers feedback from patients aged 16 and over about their experiences of using GP services, including access to appointments, communication with healthcare professionals, and the overall quality of care received.
The survey provides valuable insight into what patients feel is working well and where improvements can be made. We welcome this feedback as it helps us to understand our patients’ experiences and supports our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality care and services.
